After placing an order at Trumpette.com, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the items you ordered along with a unique order identification number. Most orders are processed within 2-5 days and in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of processing. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your UPS ground order within the continental United States.

Return Policy (Updated!)

If you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for a no-hassle refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving merchandise if an exchange or refund is necessary. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in - unwashed and unused. This return policy does not apply to discounted items.
