Trumpette is committed to providing the highest quality products. We comply with all applicable rules, bans, and standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  If, for any reason, you have an issue with one of our products, please contact us by phone or by email at wecare@trumpette.com.  Please provide order information, a brief description of the problem, and any photos you may want to include.  You will receive a response promptly.  Customer Service is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Central).

Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on U.S Order $75+!

  • Offer is valid for all 50 states (including P.O Boxes), Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Product total must be $30 or more to receive free shipping.  Gift Wrapping, Taxes and shipping will not be considered when calculating free shipping threshold.
  • FedEx SmartPost delivers your package to the nearest city and uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your package to the “Ship To” address. Once USPS receives your package, tracking visibility is limited.
  • Offer may not be used on previous or combined purchases.
  • Freight charges will be charged if part of the qualifying order is returned and total order falls below $30.
  • This offer is not valid for cash.
  • Additional freight options are available; however, this offer carries no value and will not apply in whole, or in part, if a different shipment method is selected at check out.
  • The offer may expire without notice.

Delivery Options and Time

  • In-stock orders received by 2 pm (Central) will ship within 7-10 business days, in addition to estimated delivery time.
  • When shipping to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed for each address.
  • State and Federal Holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
  • FedEx SmartPost delivers your package to the nearest city and uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your package to the “Ship To” address.  Once USPS receives your package, tracking visibility is limited
  • FedEx Ground Residential Delivery, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight delivers your package by a UPS Employee and has full tracking visibility

  • At this time, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO or DPO or other US territories that are not listed above.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return your Trumpette purchase within 30 days from day of purchase. We accept returns of products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please note, any shipping charges will not be refunded.  Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.  Returns, including the packing slip, should be mailed to the address on your packing list.

If you received the items you want to return as a gift or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact us at wecare@trumpette.com.  Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Central).

Please note, we can only refund items originally purchased directly from our website.  Trumpette cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites.

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return Trumpette merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for replacement merchandise through Trumpette.com. We will process your return upon receipt and credit your account as necessary.

Promotions

Trumpette sometimes promotes coupon offers and discounts  to customers.  These promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and are valid only for the designated length of the promotion.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of your order date.  Items purchased using a promotion code or other discounts aren't eligible for a price adjustment. "Final sale" items are not eligible for a price adjustment.

To receive a price adjustment, within 7 days of your order, please either call 1-855-697-6233 or email us at wecare@trumpette.com.  Have your order number ready if you call (it's on your packing slip) or include it in your email message.

If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment, such as the credit card you used.

Cancelling Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.  Orders can only be canceled by contacting Customer Service at wecare@trumpette.com.  Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Central).

The longer you wait to cancel, the greater the chance the order has passed through our system to the warehouse for shipment.  You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund.

Gift Wrapping

We think Trumpette packaging is so pretty you won't need gift wrapping.  During the checkout process, you will have the option to write a personal message, which we will print onto the packaging slip.  Please note that no pricing information is included with our gift orders.
